Assistant Muhammet Mesut Haskul Participated in the Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Afyon Kocatepe University

Assistant at Mechanical Engineering study program of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at IUS and Associate at the IUS Quality Assurance (QA) Office, Mr. Muhammet Mesut Haskul participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program at Afyon Kocatepe University in Turkey on February 21-25, 2022.

Several lectures during this Erasmus+ exchange week were organized. Rector of Kocaeli Health and Technology University, Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas held a webinar on quality and accreditation in higher education, while Quality Coordinator at Afyon Kocatepe University, Prof. Dr. Gökhan Demirtaş talked about quality processes in higher education institutions in Turkey. In addition, Mr. Uğur Kaya from the Quality Office of Afyon Kocatepe University presented the Institution’s Internal Evaluation Guide and Mrs. Merve Malak from the International Relations Application and Research Center of the University also attended the event.

Mr. Haskul explained quality processes in higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the significance and purpose of the IUS E-Campus application. He also presented the work of the IUS QA Office, which includes establishing internal quality assurance processes as well as national, international and professional accreditation of the institution and its study programs.
